Discussion with Omer from CallOrange, a call answering service company for local service businesses and their use of CazVid for finding and hiring dispatchers.

Wesley: Good to have you here talking about CazVid, the CazMeter. I’m excited to hear more about your experience. I would like to understand your role within Call Orange.

Omer: CallOrange is an answering service for different technicians throughout the country, from locksmithing to garage door repair and a few other things. So we have been using CazVid for finding Dispatchers in the United States as well as around the world. So recently you started using our generative AI matching to screen the candidates.

Wesley: So why did you use that specific tool? What problem did it solve?

Omer: Absolutely. So a big problem for hiring managers in any industry is identifying the candidates that are viable. As you’ll see in a moment, we have a lot of candidates that have applied, and we’d like to go through them in an efficient manner and kind of sort through them, organize things, and figure out who’s the good fit for us.

Wesley: Good. So by using the CazMeter, were you able to solve that problem?

Omer: Oh yeah, it’s a massive tool for us. It helps to analyze at a quick glance who makes sense for us and who maybe we need more clarity on the resume.

Wesley: Cool, all right. I would like to see how you use it and how it helps you.

Omer: Right now I’m sharing my screen, my CazVid Desktop. So we have my original job postings that we have both in video and text, and so forth. Clicking on the CazMeter feature right here, we see a candidate, and at the top you can see how likely he is to be suitable for your job. 85% is pretty good. So at this point, there’s a bunch of things we can do. We can mark if we’re interested, not interested, and so forth, and we can also listen to their video here. And you can see how long they’ve been in each position in aspect of an industry. You can see their physical resume, and you can also have some AI analysis happen here very quickly. So I click on generate Gap Analysis, I have a quick report on this person.

Wesley: That’s great.

Omer: So for right now, for Francisco, I’m gonna say I am interested and I’m going to move into the next stage of hiring.
