Coordinate and monitor daily port and terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient, and smooth activities.. Coordinate with vessel representatives, ship agents, terminal personnel, consignees, port authorities, and other relevant stakeholders, particularly during international shipment operations.. Coordinate and monitor international vessel loading and discharging operations, ensuring that cargo handling activities are conducted safely and in accordance with approved procedures.. Work closely with vessel representatives, surveyors, shipping agents, consignees, and terminal personnel in coordinating and monitoring cargo transfer operations, including loading/discharging rates, tank switching, topping-off, valve operations, and completion of cargo transfer..
