Assisting in taking care of the residents with chronic conditions, dementia and Alzheimer's. Administering of medication according to the GPs and Physician directives. Preparing meals and assisting with feeding. Assisting with all the daily activities such as working. Housekeeping to ensure that it is a clean and safe environment for the resident(s). Driving residents to shopping and to GP's appointments. Documenting all the important information about the resident(s) for example the food he or she eats and medications. Transport resident(s) with wheelchair. Help with commode. Providing love and care and value to the resident
