I have a level 5 in canine behaviour and have so much passion for working with man's best friend.. I have been so privileged to work with all different dog breeds and their owners in both a work location and at people's homes.. I enjoy working with people and/or animals in a fast-paced environment and am always willing to learn and put in the time and effort required to achieve my full potential.

Working with dogs and cats in the boarding kennels and with on-site donkeys, parrots, tortoises, and geese.. General kennel duties as well as working with customers.. Working on my own including days of dealing with calls from customers ensuring bookings were documented for the kennels and the offside groomers.. Able to advise customers to ensure they got all the support they needed.

Managed onsite operations for an Amazon delivery company, working both in the office and on the road delivering parcels.. Managed drivers on the road ensuring they were on schedule, recruited delivery drivers, maintained good working relationships, ensured immediate cover for sick drivers, and onboarded new drivers including D&A testing.

Worked with dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and temperament doing general kennel cleaning and maintenance as well as walking and interacting with dogs, playing with cats, feeding animals, administering medication, interacting with customers, and taking payments.

Caring for dogs of all sizes in group play sessions.. Cleaning up behind dogs, ensuring equipment is clean and fresh, and ensuring dogs have fun in a safe and secure manner.

Worked with up to 80 dogs a day.. Played with dogs, cleaned up behind them, dealt with owners, and helped out in temperament tests.

Going from one resident to another to provide companionship, personal care, and help to those who needed it.

Trained to work every aspect of the shop and dementia trained.
