All-around service crew and mainly responsible for the stocks’ deliveries and daily inventories. In the absence of my superiors (supervisor and manager) I act as supervising personnel. Part of OPENING and CLOSING TEAM of the store everyday. Conducting inventory everyday to secure no losses. Monitors the shelf-life of every item, if it is for 'WASTE' or 'GOODS'. Monitoring the right numbers of products stored in every freezer to ensure that all products are preserved & well-frosted. Making monthly inventory from packaging up to kitchen utensils

Ensure the right visualization of my displayed items (acc. to size, color, material etc.). Attracting clients by greeting and introducing my brand. Educate customers on how they will benefit on my items by simply informing them the capabilities of the materials used in my products. If customers are confused in their sizes, I teach them the proper way of using a tape measure to determine their accurate size and fit. Conducting inventory weekly and monthly to ensure that there are no losses & that all the sales are declared. Making sure that the quality of my items will not be compromised.

Providing quality service on our valued clients by simply educating them on our phones' latest features. Providing minor trouble-shooting service such as 'RUNNING OUT of STORAGE' issue for FREE. Making sure that all my sellouts are encoded in our DATABASE and is tally with the warranty cards in hand. Securing my showcase in a way that my displays are updated according to the trends of units being sold in the market & prices are also updated. As a team-leader, I ensure that all announcements of my superiors are being relayed and restated in our own Group Chat for assurance that my team members have acknowledged it.
