Actively test platform features and workflows from a user perspective, identifying functional issues, inconsistencies, and usability problems before reporting them to the development team.. Document software bugs with clear descriptions, reproduction steps, expected behaviour, actual behaviour, and relevant technical details to support efficient debugging and resolution.. Work closely with product and development stakeholders by translating user feedback and operational challenges into clear product requirements and actionable improvement suggestions.. Create step-by-step product guides, screen-recorded tutorials, and other technical training materials to help users understand and effectively use software features.. Analyse recurring user issues and onboarding challenges to identify opportunities for improving product workflows, user experience, documentation, and internal processes.. Coordinate communication between users and internal technical teams, ensuring software-related issues and feature requests are clearly understood and followed through.
