Combines quick drafting and real BIM in one tool: a wall is a wall, with a thickness and a length in millimetres, not two lines on a canvas.. Walls, openings, rooms, levels, dimensions, views and sheets are stored as project data. The plan, the 3D model and the printed sheet are all generated from that one model, so changing a wall once updates all three.. Wrote the geometry core in Rust, compiled to WebAssembly and tested for parity with the TypeScript side. The editor gives CAD-style input: snapping, numeric entry and predictable edits.. Made it local-first. Projects live on the user’s own disk (SQLite natively, OPFS in the browser) with single-writer locking and journal recovery, and ordinary editing never waits on a server.. Benchmarked every risky piece (canvas rendering, Apple Pencil input, file open, crash recovery, sheet export) alongside unit, property and browser tests. Release gate: new project to dimensioned plan, coordinated 3D and scaled vector PDF.
Designed and built bookphysio.in, a live, zero-commission platform where patients across India find and book verified physiotherapists across 7 specialties and 2 visit types, clinic and home.. Built 3 portals on Next.js, React and TypeScript with Supabase and PostgreSQL. Patients get appointments, messages, support tickets and privacy controls. Physios manage availability, patients and referrals. Admins review listings and run verification.. Set up therapist verification against State Council and NCAHP registration, role-based access, rupee pricing with GST calculated on the server, and proper handling of +91 phone numbers.. Wrote automated and end-to-end tests with a CI/CD pipeline, and tuned pages to load fast on low-bandwidth mobile networks.
Build websites, online ordering and local SEO for small businesses, from first sketch to deployment on Next.js, Supabase and Vercel.. Audit a business’s existing online sales flow before proposing changes, so each build targets where leads and orders are actually lost.
Founding a farming company built on one idea: indoors, the climate is something you set, not something you hope for. The goal is fresh food grown year-round, close to the people who eat it.. Planning the plants, the machines and the software as one system from the first drawing, so growing, automation and data are designed to fit together instead of being bolted on later.. Running it like an architecture project. Every subsystem gets a written boundary and a defined interface before anyone designs inside it, and every design plans for how it fails and how it recovers.
Produced permit and working drawing sets in AutoCAD for high-end residential and commercial renovations, covering existing conditions, demolition plans, partition layouts, reflected ceiling plans and custom millwork details.. Took site measurements, reviewed egress under OBC Part 9, and coordinated layouts against structure, HVAC drops and lighting circuits so conflicts were caught on paper, not on site.
Picked, staged and cycle-counted inventory in a 24/7 fulfilment centre using RF scanners and a WMS, and ran an order-picker lift in narrow high-bay aisles, learning rack geometry, clear heights, pick paths and load limits.. Saw first-hand how much of a distribution centre’s volume sits above head height, and how scanning, routing and automation keep it moving. That observation became the starting point for LEAF: reusing high-bay buildings to grow food, with automation and software planned in from day one.
Ran machines on an automotive powertrain line and verified parts against GD&T drawings with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges.. Performed first-off inspections, logged and escalated defects, and moved engine castings by overhead crane.. Learned to work to tolerances where a fraction of a millimetre matters. That standard now drives ARQ’s millimetre-exact building model, and the habit of verifying before trusting carries into the benchmarks and tests behind every project.
