My experience operating the tool in my previous role was that it is important that every time you need to double-check your equipment, double-check your tool, because people that can sabotage you, people that can drag your name in a very wrong place or in a wrong area, in a negative way. So my experience was every time I just have to double-check the tool that I'm using, that is the settings, if I have to do the setting, it's improper. Because when it comes to such, I only trust my settings. I only trust the tool that I'm doing. Because as I said before, other people that can sabotage you, just to spoil your name. So my experience was that every time I'm checking my tool, I make sure that the settings are set the way I want to be done. Thank you.

The time I was working with the team to resolve the conflict or to resolve the problem that I had, the challenge that I had. My challenge, number one, to other people is that I'm a perfectionist and I'm a hard worker. So therefore, I was never being liked. I was never being one of their favorites. But because I know why I'm in that company, I know why I wake up in the morning and go to work. So I just have to put the aim or my vision up front. So I have to be focused. I didn't care whether the teams like me or not. I was not there for them, but I was there just to make a difference in a company, to share the experience that I have of my work. So I'm not working for people to love me, I'm just working to make a difference in my surrounding. So that's how I resolve the challenging. Towards the end of the year, towards when we get to know each other better, that's when they realized and understand that I'm just a hard worker. I just need to see things done proper. And yeah, the challenge was resolved because I kept my focus. I never lose focus in what I'm doing. Thank you.

The time that I had to submit a task and check the accuracy of the project is when I had to submit for a TV program. So I was handling the project by myself from pre-production up until post-production. What do I mean from pre-production from the beginning up until the last. So I had to check the colour of the quality and check the footage that is on a good quality. So I have to be accurate with everything because it was an advert for 30 seconds where I was doing a promo about gender violence. So, because I had to make decisions, so I had to make everything as proper, sound, colour, quality. So I did have to double check and make sure that the accuracy is well done. And I double check, triple check. After I was confident with that, then I submitted the project. So, yeah, that's how I have handled the task just to do them and to check the accuracy of the project. Thank you.

The time that I had to take a stop in a task and check everything, check accuracy, is when I was working with the call center company whereby they were lined up of tasks that I have to do. So, as you know, when you have, when you multitask, you need to prioritise. So what I did, I just have to plan and prioritise my work and check the accuracy of other work. So I did double check and then then I submitted because I was definitely sure with that project that it was well done, spelling check, grammar, everything was appropriate. So that's how I just have to plan. That's how I do. I do my tasks. I just have to plan and first in first. Thank you.
