QUALIFICATIONS:
✅Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or related
✅️ With two (2) years of experience in Account Management, Marketing, Customer Service, or Sales
✅️ With excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅️Can start as soon as possible
RESPONSIBILITIES:
⭕️ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships.
⭕️ Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance, and other departments) to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of client requirements.
⭕️ Assist in the negotiation, preparation, and processing of contract renewals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
⭕️ Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.
