Building outbound sales automations, Lead enrichment & CRM synchronization, Managing HubSpot or Salesforce pipelines, Troubleshooting and optimizing workflows, Creating end-to-end automation systems. Must have hands-on experience with at least 3 tools listed. 2+ years of professional automation/no-code experience, has built real workflows from scratch, strong English communication skills, comfortable working directly with US-based teams, self-starter.
