AI Automation Specialist

We're looking for an AI Automation Specialist who is passionate about artificial intelligence, automation, and process improvement. In this role, you'll work closely with different teams to identify repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and implement AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency across the company.If you enjoy solving problems, experimenting with new AI tools, and building automations that save time, we'd love to hear from you. RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation.Design and implement AI-powered workflows to improve operational efficiency.Integrate AI tools into daily business operations.Build automations using platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools.Create AI assistants, prompts, and workflows tailored to different departments.Connect applications using APIs and automation platforms when needed.Test, document, and maintain automation processes.Train team members on new AI tools and automated workflows.Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies and recommend new solutions. REQUIREMENTSExperience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.Experience with workflow automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, etc.).Strong understanding of APIs and software integrations.Experience improving business processes through automation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Intermediate to Advanced English (B2–C1).Experience with Python, JavaScript, or low-code automation is a plus.Experience integrating AI into business operations is highly preferred.
