What necessity is coveredOrangeHRM is a platform for Human Resource professionals to manage and optimize employee information in one central system, so that this information can be fully leveraged by all company stakeholders. Primary Duties and Responsibilities● Deliver OrangeHRM product training in English and Spanish.● Proactively engage customers through regular outreach to assess account health and mitigate churn risk.● Contribute to user guides and documentation.● Maintain a detailed knowledge of the OrangeHRM offering and be confident in performing demonstrations.● Become a trusted advisor for our clients and advocate for their needs within OrangeHRM.● Handle multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently. Qualification / Experience● Diploma/Degree in a customer support related field.● Work experience in customer services and customer facing roles.● Domain knowledge in Human Resources Management would be an added advantage. Required Skills● Dynamic, self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and an outgoing personality● Detail and observant oriented● Fluent oral and written communication in English and Spanish● Excellent presentation skills● Strong knowledge in MS Office Suite● A passion for helping people understand● Effective organizational, time management and planning skills.
