We're hiring: Client Onboarding Team SpecialistJoin a fast-growing health technology company dedicated to improving lives through medically tailored meal delivery and nutrition therapy programs. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing members.Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communications.Guide new members through the onboarding process and answer questions about services.Process new client orders and ensure accurate data entry.Collect and review referrals from multiple channels, including email, fax, mail, and payer portals.Verify that referrals contain all required information for delivery and billing.Support a smooth, timely onboarding experience from enrollment through order setup.
