Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations and diagnostics to identify the needs of students. Develop and implement personalized intervention plans tailored to individual goals. Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions, creating a safe space for emotional expression. Collaborate with other professionals to design wellness and mental health programs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans. Participate in training and workshops to enhance clinical practices and stay updated on industry trends. Foster an environment of trust and respect, ensuring patients feel valued and heard. What We're Looking For: Required: Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Strong skills in empathy, communication, teamwork, and active listening. At least 2 years of experience in clinical care or consultancy. Preferred: Certifications in cognitive-behavioral therapy or relevant therapeutic approaches.
