We are currently partnering with a global, product-led SaaS company that is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join their growing engineering organization.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading high-performing engineering teams, driving technical excellence, and building scalable, reliable products used by customers around the world.

• Build, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams.• Drive technical excellence through sound engineering practices and high operational standards.• Partner closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads to deliver high-quality solutions.• Improve engineering quality, delivery speed, and reliability.• Lead initiatives toward Continuous Delivery.• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
✅ Previous experience as a Senior Software Engineer before moving into Engineering Management.✅ 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, leading software engineering teams.✅ Strong technical background working with .NET/C#, Java and/or NodeJS.✅ Proven experience leading teams through technical and process improvements to increase software quality and delivery speed.✅ Strong understanding of distributed systems and data integrity at scale.✅ Experience planning and delivering sprints alongside Product Managers and Tech Leads, balancing new development, enhancements, bugs, and maintenance.✅ Excellent communication skills, with experience working across distributed teams and multiple time zones.✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to Have
➕ FinTech or Accounting domain experience.➕ Experience implementing Continuous Delivery.➕ Experience leading large-scale technical migrations.➕ Experience with Technical Support.
