HR Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-7 years of solid experience in HR Generalist functions, with 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong exposure to Employee Relations, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Timekeeping, Payroll & Benefits Administration, and Policy Implementation
- Experience in handling multi-company or multi-site HR operations is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance standards
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different business units
