You are…A highly motivated Interactive Producer with a strong track record in leading projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and delivering high-quality results to clients. You excel at managing workflows, aligning stakeholders, and driving projects from initial brief through execution to final delivery.You thrive in fast-paced environments where organization, problem-solving, and clear communication are key. With a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail, you ensure that timelines, resources, and quality standards are consistently met, bringing projects to life while exceeding client expectations.
Primary Responsibilities:Manage ongoing website projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control and client satisfaction.Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, receiving and processing requests across multiple channels, within tight production deadlines.Translate client requests into actionable tasks within Jira, managing weekly sprints under Scrum methodology in coordination with a cross-functional development team, overseeing the project final delivery.If needed, provide project management support for short-term, design-focused projects (working closely with an interactive team of developers, creatives and designers).Identify and mitigate project risks and propose solutions.Simultaneously manage workflow for several projects with a variety of timelines and multiple stakeholders (including vendors).Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports.Always maintain the high standard quality that is key to our company, ensuring the quality of the deliverables before handing them off to clients.
Required skills:At least 2 years’ experience in an Ad agency and or digital creative agency.Experience in project management or account managementBilingual in English (written and spoken)Competent in the use of Jira or similarCompetent in the use of G Suite products and project management toolsHighly organized, detail oriented and excellent common senseExperience in projects involving internal teams and external vendorsExperience managing or coordinating landing page projects.
