What you'll doLead the architecture and technical direction of scalable full-stack applications.Build and maintain modern frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.Develop robust backend services and APIs with Node.js and modern backend technologies.Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality features.Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices.Drive improvements in system performance, scalability, security, and reliability.Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, engineering standards, and architectural decisions.
What we're looking for7+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering.2+ years in a Technical Lead or mentorship role.Strong experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Next.js.Experience designing scalable distributed systems and modern web architectures.Strong backend experience with Go, Python, or similar technologies.Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.Solid understanding of software architecture, security best practices, and system design.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Experience using AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, etc.) is highly valued.
Nice to haveExperience with WebSockets or real-time applications.Exposure to AI/ML systems or LLM integrations.Experience with game development, 3D technologies, or digital identity platforms.
