Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving business operations?

We're looking for a PMO Operations Analyst to support project governance, financial operations, portfolio reporting, and process improvement in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You'll Do

✔ Support PMO governance and project operations
✔ Monitor project schedules, time compliance, and portfolio health
✔ Validate financial data and support invoicing processes
✔ Maintain reporting, forecasts, and operational dashboards
✔ Investigate operational issues and recommend process improvements
✔ Partner with Delivery, Finance, and Operations teams to drive operational excellence

What We're Looking For

✅ 2–5 years of experience in PMO, Project Administration, Operations, Finance, or Business Support
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
✅ Strong financial acumen and data accuracy
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
✅ Experience with ERP, CRM, PSA, or Dynamics 365 platforms is a plus
✅ Professional English communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice to Have

⭐ Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or the Microsoft Power Platform
⭐ CAPM, ECBA, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications
⭐ IT Professional Services experience
⭐ Passion for continuous improvement and business process optimization

Position Details
📍 Location: Remote – Latin America
🗓️ Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full-Time)
💰 Compensation: USD $2,000 per month
