QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in payroll and benefits
• Strong experience in manual payroll processing
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws
• Proficient in Excel and detail-oriented
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Handle manual payroll computation, including deductions
• Administer SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG benefits
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and reports
• Address employee payroll and benefits inquiries
