Remote VA, Estimating & Design SupportLocation: LATAM
Job Purpose:We are a landscaping company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, looking for a full-time, remote team member to support our estimating, design, project coordination, and customer service processes.You will work closely with our operations team to manage projects from initial inquiry through completion. Beyond daily project duties, we are looking for someone who enjoys creating order and structure. A key part of this role will be building systems that can grow with the company—including portfolios, design standards, material libraries, templates, SOPs, and documented workflows—so we can standardize operations and deliver a more consistent experience across all projects.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Years of Experience: 2
Responsibilities:Assist with landscape estimates and design proposals.Coordinate material orders and project logistics.Participate in customer discovery calls to understand project goals and requirements.Follow up with clients and respond to project-related questions.Organize project files, photos, and documentation before, during, and after installation.Prepare project information packages for installation teams.Support estimates for general contractors on public bid projects that include landscaping scopes.Work closely with the Operations Manager, who conducts site visits and oversees field execution.Organize project photos and content for the marketing team to use on social media and in portfolios.Develop portfolios, design standards, material libraries, templates, SOPs, and documented workflows to standardize operations.
Requirements (Hard): Prior estimating experienceKnowledge of the landscaping industry
Requirements (Soft):Highly organized and detail-oriented.Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities across customer service, estimating, design support, project coordination, and administrative tasks.Strong ability to create order, structure, and scalable systems.
Compensation: $1,000 - $1,200 USD per month
