Restaurant Manager

We're growing at Ahari by Arca, in West Bay Beach, Roatán 🌴
We're hiring a Restaurant Manager to help lead our dining operation — someone who takes pride in running a tight, well-trained team and delivering the kind of service that keeps guests coming back.
What we're looking for:• Minimum 2 years managing restaurant operations, ideally full-service or hospitality• Strong leadership skills — hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team• Solid grasp of P&L, budgeting, and cost control across labor, food, and beverage• Experience with inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships• Ability to build schedules and manage labor to meet service and budget targets• Excellent communication with both team members and guests• Deep understanding of service standards and guest experience• Knowledge of POS systems, daily reporting, and cash handling• Familiarity with health, safety, and licensing compliance• Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours
