What You'll DoDelivery LeadershipLead software development and enterprise application delivery teams, ensuring high-quality solutions and successful project outcomesManage project risks, dependencies, priorities, and delivery timelinesMentor junior consultants through coaching, guidance, and peer reviewsClient ConsultingPartner with clients to understand business objectives and translate requirements into scalable solutionsFacilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and delivery planning activitiesCommunicate project status, recommendations, and strategic guidance to stakeholdersTechnical LeadershipDesign, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade business and software solutions using modern technologies and platformsProvide technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, and development best practicesCollaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
Required Qualifications3+ years of experience leading software development teams in client-facing, consulting, or professional services environmentsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field2+ years of experience mentoring and coaching developers and junior team membersExperience delivering enterprise software solutions throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Strong experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise applications using modern software development technologies, low-code platforms, workflow automation solutions, or business process management (BPM) platformsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies, including requirements gathering, sprint planning, and delivery managementProven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience delivering complex enterprise applicationsFluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and quickly adapt to new technologies, platforms, and business domains.Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or MariaDB.
