We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Post-Sales Customer Service Specialist to manage the post-purchase customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. This role is key to sales follow-up and process optimization, contributing to our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:• Effectively follow up on sales to ensure customer satisfaction with their purchase.• Plan and organize activities to guarantee efficient post-sales support.• Utilize tools and technologies to streamline and optimize customer service processes.• Maintain smooth, effective communication with customers, using conversational skills to address inquiries and handle objections.• Manage the emotional aspects of customer interactions by providing personalized, empathetic service.• Identify and propose process improvements while independently managing tasks and responsibilities.• Tackle challenges and work in a results-oriented environment, demonstrating a passion for sales and customer service.
Requirements:• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in post-sales.• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.• Ability to handle objections and resolve conflicts effectively.• Proactive attitude and willingness to face challenges in a dynamic environment.• Familiarity with digital tools that facilitate process management (CRM, communication platforms, etc.).
