The RoleWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Travel Designer to join our Quito team. This is not a conventional sales role. We want someone who genuinely knows Ecuador, understands what international travelers are looking for, and has the commercial drive to turn every inquiry into an unforgettable experience.
What you'll doDesign and quote customized travel itineraries for international clients, manage and grow assigned accounts while meeting sales targets, build strong relationships with clients and partners around the world, analyze pricing and costs to put together competitive and profitable proposals, and work closely with our operations team to make sure every trip runs smoothly.
What we're looking forWe are looking for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience in the tourism industry, ideally in receptive or inbound tourism. You should have a deep knowledge of Ecuador as a destination, advanced English (this one is non-negotiable), and a strong commercial profile with a proven track record of meeting budgets. German language skills are a plus we truly value. If you are proactive, detail-oriented and genuinely love what you do, we would love to hear from you.
