Role: Vice President, Architecture & Design – Ultra-Luxury Master-Planned Community (1,000+ acres)Location: Puerto RicoSalary: US $300,000 - $350,000 + generous bonus + medical/dental/vision + benefits
A globally recognised Luxury Real Estate Developer are seeking to appoint a Vice President of Architecture & Design to lead the design delivery of a multi-phase, ultra-luxury master-planned resort and residential community spanning over 1,000 acres, which will include a championship golf course, private club amenities, luxury hospitality, and world-class residential offerings within one of the Caribbean's most ambitious long-term developments.
Working with executive leadership, you will oversee architecture across luxury residential, hospitality, club, wellness, retail and amenity components, ensuring design excellence is maintained throughout all phases of development.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Architectural vision and design strategy across the wider development portfolioManage and coordinate internationally recognised architects, interior designers and specialist consultantsOversee projects from concept design through design development, documentation and constructionEnsure designs align with brand standards, operational requirements, budget and programme objectivesReview design packages and provide strategic direction to project teams and consultantsPartner closely with Development, Construction, Operations and Sales & Marketing teamsDrive innovation while maintaining a strong focus on buildability, guest experience and long-term asset value
RequirementsDegree qualified Architect or related design professional15+ years of experience delivering luxury residential, hospitality and mixed-use developmentsExperience working on behalf of a developer, owner or master developerDemonstrated track record managing large-scale, complex destination developmentsStrong experience leading external architectural and design consultant teamsInternational project experience is highly desirable
