Pues en una ocasión en la que ayudé a un cliente a resolver un problema técnico, fue una persona de la tercera edad en la que tenía, estaba presentando problemas con el internet en su teléfono, así que tuve que guiarlo mediante el altavoz de su teléfono a las configuraciones de su teléfono, a las configuraciones de red, a las configuraciones de la PN, dictarle la PN al señor y luego, una vez ingresado la PN, tuve que hacer lo que reseteara el teléfono. Nosotros estábamos en otro dispositivo y pues el internet comenzó a funcionarle. y ese fue el servicio técnico que se le ofreció al cliente en ese día.
