Well, when I was working as a logistics dispatcher at Lean Solutions Group, I often had to handle multiple dispatch requests at once. There was this particular time in which we had a sudden increase in our orders and I needed to make sure that everything was delivered on time. So to manage it, I focused on a few things. First of all, the first thing that I did was to prioritize based on an urgency. So I looked at the deadlines and I decided which deliveries needed to be handled first and anything without tight deadline first and most immediately caught my attention. The second thing that I did was to communicate clearly. I mean, I kept in constant contact with the drivers, updating them on the changes and the new routes, and this helped everyone to stay on the same page and also to keep things moving. And the third thing that I did was to use technology. So I used our dispatch system to keep track of where each delivery was. That way, I could quickly adjust if something went off track. In general, by staying organized and calm under pressure, I was able to manage everything efficiently and also to ensure that all the deliveries were made on time.
