Good day, operational needs. Whom to talk to for operational needs? In this case, as you as a driver, we need to talk to your supervisor or your fleet manager or your handler in this case for operational needs. If there is any operational needs that requires that you need to offload or unload and you do not have the right equipment or you're still waiting for equipment to be delivered to the warehouse, the company or the supervisor should give you someone or a few people to assist you with your offloading or unloading duties when it comes to the warehouse or cargo department.
Good day. Systems being used to perform an inspection. Usually, it's a checkboard that has a list of things that you check for in the morning. For an example, if the windscreen is cracked, tire pressure, tire threads, coolant, is there diesel in the vehicle or petrol? Is there any visible damages that has not been reported on the checklist? And if there is, you have to report it to your fleet manager so they are aware of such issues. Thank you.
Good day. If I am as a driver experiencing technical issue on a vehicle, if it is a check engine light, it's something mechanical wrong with the vehicle. But if I open the bonnet and I see leakages or smoke, I will identify the issue as a leakage or one of the parts of the vehicle has a fault, which I will inform the fleet manager of this issue. If it's something smaller or something that I could prepare with the equipment that I currently have so that there is no delay with operations, I shall do so. If it's a tire burst, I will also inform the fleet manager of that we have a tire burst and I will attempt to fix it while I am waiting for road recovery or road assist. Thank you.
Good day. This is regarding the communication between an operational need. If there was something that was required at the present moment, I will go through the proper channels. I'll talk to my superior first, which could be my supervisor. If there is equipment or anything of any sort that is required for operational use, I will inform my supervisor beforehand in stating that we do not have the right equipment to perform these operations. Due to that, it should be inquired by the supervisor himself that we do get the right channels of equipment. Thank you.
