Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems overhaul, repairs and maintenance.. Electrical and Mechanical fault finding, replacement of sensors, drives, contactors, relays and basic upkeep of electrical panels.. Perform cable joint, work with transformers, switching of 11kv and working with PLC.. Adherence to OHS Acts and active participation in SHE management.. Maintenance of heat exchangers, pressure accumulators, direct and indirect valves.. Wire circuits. Basic rigging.. Reading and designing schematics diagrams.. Arc and gas welding, flame cutting, grinding and precision measuring in performance to fabricate and modify components for improvement of production.
