Distance Studio Consultants (DSC) is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our growing team in Cairo.
If you’re an Engineering graduate with a strong commercial mindset and experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the engineering and construction sector.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders.* Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and prequalification documents.* Analyze market trends and identify strategic growth opportunities.* Collaborate with Architecture, MEP, and Project Management teams to develop winning proposals.* Represent DSC in meetings, networking events, and business development activities.* Expand and maintain long-term client partnerships.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mandatory)✔ 5+ years of Business Development experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or the AEC industry✔ Strong understanding of engineering services and project delivery✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills✔ Proven track record in developing client relationships and generating new business✔ Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking✔ Fluency in English
