Business to Business Customer Service Representative

Location: Temp to Hire
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $21-22 hour
ABOUT THE JOB:
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and experience working with business clients (not individual consumers). You’ll be responsible for managing and supporting business accounts, handling order processing, and maintaining accurate records.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Communicate directly with business customers to handle new orders, service changes, and general inquiries
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Enter and update orders, quotes, invoices, and other account details in the system
- Track sales and shipping status; provide updates to business clients as needed
- Prepare order and shipping documents
- Resolve billing discrepancies and work through any order or contract issues with the customer
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service or account support role
- Familiarity with SAP billing systems
- Good math skills and comfort working with numbers
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication—both verbal and written
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
