Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA

The Opportunity Tree is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a community-based day program setting in Phoenix, Arizona.

The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement occupation-based interventions that promote independence, engagement, and quality of life. Responsibilities include supporting ADLs, facilitating group and individual activities, assisting with adaptations, and documenting client progress.

Qualifications: Active Arizona COTA license required; experience in IDD or community-based settings preferred.
