What You'll Be Doing:Manage projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationshipsCoordinate with field teams to ensure successful project deliveryDrive quality, safety, and project performance throughout the lifecycle
What We're Looking For:5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractorExperience delivering ground-up commercial construction projects (10,000 sq. ft + desirable)Background in education, federal, or municipal construction is highly desirableStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
