I'm currently partnering with a well-established global dental manufacturer to recruit a Director of Product Management based in the Chicago area.
This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a global product management function, shaping the strategic direction of an innovative dental portfolio while leading a team responsible for upstream product management, new product development, and commercial growth.
The Opportunity
As the Director of Product Management, you will:• Lead the global upstream product management strategy across a growing dental portfolio• Develop long-term product roadmaps and identify new market opportunities• Drive new product innovation, commercialization, lifecycle management, pricing, and portfolio optimisation• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers while collaborating with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, and Global Marketing• Build relationships with key customers, KOLs, and industry stakeholders to shape future product strategy• Influence the strategic direction of a business, including one of its fastest-growing technology segments
What I'm Looking For:• 15+ years' experience in Product Management, Upstream Marketing, or Product Marketing within dental, medical devices, or healthcare technology• Proven experience leading Product Managers and cross-functional global teams• Strong background in new product development, commercialization, pricing, and portfolio strategy• Commercially minded with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills• Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Chicago area (hybrid/on-site)
