Client is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Analytics & Project Manager to join our Revenue Cycle leadership team. This highly visible role combines advanced analytics with project leadership to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and continuous improvement across the revenue cycle.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing complex data, developing executive-level reporting, leading cross-functional initiatives, and partnering with operational leaders to improve revenue cycle performance. This position offers an opportunity to make a measurable impact on organizational outcomes through data-driven decision making and strategic project execution.

What You'll Do

Revenue Cycle Analytics

Analyze revenue cycle performance, including denials, payer performance, reimbursement trends, and contract variancesDevelop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)Utilize Epic reporting tools, Excel, and business intelligence platforms to provide actionable insightsIdentify trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve financial and operational performanceSupport revenue modeling, charge reconciliation, and financial analysis initiatives

Project Leadership

Lead strategic Revenue Cycle initiatives from planning through implementationDevelop project plans, timelines, documentation, and executive updatesCoordinate cross-functional teams across Revenue Cycle, Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, and Payer RelationsMonitor project milestones, proactively manage risks, and ensure successful deliveryPrioritize multiple initiatives while maintaining alignment with organizational goals

Process Improvement

Lead operational improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA, or similar methodologiesPartner with stakeholders to redesign workflows that improve efficiency and reduce revenue leakageSupport denial reduction, reimbursement optimization, and process standardization effortsContinuously evaluate reporting processes and recommend enhancements to improve operational performance

Data & System Optimization

Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of operational and financial dataSupport optimization of Epic reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics platformsPartner with IT to troubleshoot reporting issues and improve system functionalityHelp drive adoption of data-driven decision making throughout the Revenue Cycle organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field5+ years of healthcare Revenue Cycle experience3-5+ years of Revenue Cycle analytics, reporting, and project management experienceStrong understanding of end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle operationsExperience leading cross-functional projects from planning through executionAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft OfficeExperience using Epic reporting tools such as Reporting Workbench and SlicerDicerExcellent analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications

Master s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certification (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)Revenue Cycle certification (CRCR, CHFP, CHAM, or similar)Experience with Epic Clarity reportingExperience with Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence platformsExperience applying Lean, Six Sigma, A3 Problem Solving, or PDSA methodologies
