🛡️ The Role:• Handle sophisticated real estate, landlord/tenant, and construction litigation matters from inception through resolution.• Manage depositions, discovery, law & motion work, litigation strategy, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.• Work on disputes involving lease defaults, ownership disputes, commercial evictions, construction conflicts, contract disputes, and business litigation.
⚖️ About You:• 2 or more years of real estate litigation, landlord/tenant, construction litigation, and/or business litigation experience.• Strong litigation foundation with experience handling substantive motions, depositions, and case strategy.
📍 Location:Hybrid in Los Angeles.
💰 Package:• Base salary up to $220k DOE + bonus.• Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
