Facility Safety Maintenance Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Inspect and log all employee and visitor entries/exits.
- Monitor deliveries, shipments, and company vehicle usage.
- Maintain the cleanliness of designated areas and check for leaks or equipment issues.
- Ensure gates, doors, and lights are properly secured; monitor; and ensure proper temperature.
- Enforce company rules on security, alcohol prohibition, and visitor restrictions.
- Manage company keys and report any irregularities or theft immediately.

QUALIFICATION:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in facility maintenance or maintenance preferred.
- Male or Female
