Travel: Approximately 50% (domestic and international)

About The Opportunity

This organization partners with leading mills worldwide to replace or enhance traditional chemical processes—delivering improved performance, cost savings, and environmental benefits.

This is a hands-on, field-based role supporting customer trials, product implementation, and ongoing technical service, with strong exposure to international business—particularly across Latin America.

What You’ll Do

Support the design, execution, and optimization of customer trials and ongoing product applications

Conduct wet stock and paper sheet testing at mill sites

Gather and analyze mill data to support product development and performance improvements

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide actionable, on-site solutions

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and operations teams

Deliver high-quality technical service and act as a trusted advisor to mill personnel

Contribute to continuous improvement of products and application processes

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Pulp & Paper Science, or a related technical field

Experience working independently in client-facing environments, ideally performing lab or field-based testing

Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~50%)

Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings

Experience With Fluid Handling Systems Preferred

Ability to operate lab instruments and interpret results

Data analysis skills, including working with process and performance data

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to manage and analyze datasets effectively

Communication & Influence

Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills

Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and production teams

Effective problem-solving and consultative approach

Highly organized with strong time management skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
