Food Trailer Crew Member

Prepare and serve authentic Shawarma, assist with grilling & sandwich assembly, handle orders and customer service, keep the workspace clean and organized. Requirements include positive attitude, strong work ethic, fast learner, team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment, availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Experience in food service is a plus. Compensation: Paid training $12, after training $14, first month $15, after 6 months $17, plus tips and year-end bonus. Bonus: 20% from sales at each event, English needed.
