WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Greet and check clients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Manage phone calls, scheduling, and appointment bookings
• Handle transactions and retail sales
• Maintain a clean, calm, and inviting front desk environment
• Support spa team with daily operations

• Experience in customer service (spa or wellness is a plus)
