Senior Software Engineer – Hardware IntegrationPhoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys solving real-world engineering challenges by building prototypes, integrating software with hardware, and testing solutions in both the lab and the field.
This is an R&D-focused role where you'll develop proof-of-concepts and pilot-ready solutions using C#, .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and modern cloud technologies, while working closely with hardware, IoT, telemetry, and edge devices. You'll help evaluate emerging technologies and influence the next generation of transportation solutions.
What we're looking for:
10+ years of software engineering experienceStrong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, Azure, and SQL ServerExperience building prototypes, PoCs, or experimental systemsBackground integrating software with hardware, IoT, telemetry, or connected devicesStrong troubleshooting skills across cloud, networking, hardware, and softwareExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps is a plus
