What you will do
- Manage end-to-end HR functions across multiple business units
- Build strong employee relations and a positive work culture
- Lead performance, learning, and development initiatives
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll support, and HR operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations
- Manage HR information systems and drive HR process improvements
- Partner with leaders and support business growth and change

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field
- 3+ years (HR Officer) / 5+ years (HR Manager) of progressive HR experience
- Experience in multiple HR functions and multi-business unit or multi-industry setup (Construction, Catering, Death Care, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in HRIS (required)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, analytical, and people-oriented
