We're looking for someone who has: 5–10 years of HR Operations experience Experience managing HR operations for 1000+ employees Strong expertise in Payroll & Compliance Team management experience (10+ members) Hands-on experience with HRMS (Keka preferred) & Advanced Excel A high-ownership, execution-driven mindset
