JOB OFFER SUMMARY
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR Operation Manager or Facilities Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs and manages routine building maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and minor repair and maintenance
- Machine repairs and maintenance
- Unit electrical works including CCTV installation
- Paintworks
- Door, Window and other unit repairs
- Roofing paintworks, roof guard and replacement
- Other necessary assigned tasks
WILLING TO DO FIELDWORK OR ROTATION
WORK LOCATION: Metro Manila
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: To be discussed or rotation
