Project Engineer

🚧 We’re Hiring: Project Engineer – SR400 Express Lanes (Georgia, USA) 🚧
We are excited to be part of one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in the United States: the SR400 Express Lanes Project, a $4.6B development led in collaboration with key state transportation agencies.
We’re looking for a Project Engineer to support field operations and coordination, driving efficient execution through planning, documentation, and close collaboration with site teams to ensure progress, quality, and safety.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage 3-week lookahead schedules across key activities (structures, drainage, utilities, paving)Monitor daily production and cost tracking aligned with WBSCoordinate field operations ensuring materials, equipment, and permits are in placeManage RFIs, submittals, and project documentationSupport compliance with GDOT, TIFIA, and environmental requirementsCollaborate with field teams in progress, safety, and coordination meetingsTrack performance using Procore, HCSS, Bluebeam, and other toolsSupport estimating, quantity takeoffs, and planningContribute to quality control and project closeout activities
🎓 What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field3+ years of field experience in infrastructure, roadway, or bridge constructionKnowledge of GDOT, AASHTO, FHWA standards (a plus)Familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, HCSSStrong ability to read and interpret drawings and specificationsExcellent communication and coordination skillsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel to site
