We're Hiring: Sales & Customer Success Team Leader

We are looking for a confident and experienced Team Leader who can handle high-volume client inquiries, a sales/CSR team, and help close deals for MARSTEK Energy Solutions.

Qualifications:
- With sales or CSR leadership experience
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Experience in high-ticket sales is an advantage
- Can train, monitor, and motivate a team
- Organized in reports, follow-ups, and client updates
- Solve, update, and manage clients’ inquiries
- Insure, drive, upgrade, automate, and streamline client success
- Insurance, or BPO sales experience is a plus

30-40k salary + performance incentives.
