Job Summary:We are looking for results driven sales development reps for our client, a growing healthcare SaaS company in Upper Saddle River, NJ, to join their onsite sales and lead generation team. You'll play a key role in reaching out facility managers at hospitals by phone and offer demo of their software.ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls and outreach to facility managers at hospitals and healthcare organizationsMaintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM softwareConsistently meet or exceed sales lead goals and call activity targets
Required QualificationsDemonstrated B2B outbound sales and cold-calling experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong verbal communication and persuasion skillsOrganized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a high call volume
