What you'll do:Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account ExecutivesHelp your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operationsParticipate in hands-on and virtual training sessionsDevelop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold callingBuild your bookUse your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commissionEstablish relationships to close new customersNegotiate prices with customers and carriersResolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
