Senior Accounting Associate US Account

Job Description
General Accounting
• Perform full-cycle accounting for assigned US clients.
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing activities.
Payroll Administration (Isolated)
• Process weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll using Isolved HCM.
• Validate employee time records and payroll inputs.
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
• Process vendor invoices and customer billings.
• Monitor outstanding receivables.
• Perform AP and AR reconciliations.
Client Management
• Serve as the primary accounting contact for assigned clients.
• Communicate professionally regarding accounting and payroll matters.
Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to automate accounting and payroll processes.
Team Support
• Review work prepared by junior associates when assigned.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of US accounting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of US payroll processing experience.
• Hands-on experience using iSolved HCM.
• Experience supporting US-based clients in an outsourcing or shared services environment.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously and multi-state US payroll.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, Full-cycle accounting, & Payroll processing.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar.
• Familiarity with payroll tax compliance and payroll best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be available to work full-time on a night shift schedule.
